Canva design | July 2022 Have you ever seen a car engine get messed up and eventually the car stops working and needs to go into the mechanic for a fix?
The same can happens to us energetically. In physics, energy is the capacity for doing work, is a property that must be transferred to a body or physical system to perform work on that body. So energy is always carried by something, usually in the form of movement/action. As humans, our energy, our Electromagnetic energy is then energy that travels/moves. We can build up the energy, contain it inside, other energies can mess up with ours, we might even be constantly releasing too much energy out there and not been able to build energy for ourselves. And this is when our energy is unbalanced, out of rhythm. Do you extremely tired for no reason? Do you feel invaded by strong emotions that are hard to control? Do you feel you don’t have enough power or will to know what you want or who you are? Is there that one person you don’t like to be around because it just doesn’t seem right for whatever reason, or you get tired, or worked up? If yes, you are in the need of some energy cleaning, looking after your own energy, to make sure you are the best version of yourself, on your path. Maintaining a healthy energetic field is your sole responsibility and a lifestyle choice, but here are a few of my favourite methods, which I have often share: 1) Use the power of the nature around you: walks, teas, smudge the house/yourself and burn some incense 2) Meditate whilst focusing on your heart 3) Express yourself through movement: dance, run, swim... simply move 4) Salt bath or rinse with salt water from the neck/shoulders down. Always remember: - As you cleanse, you create space - You can heal - Be gentle to and with yourself - Choose your own narrative - Stay in your power
